Ojai Wild offers a scent-driven connection to nature. Unlike conventional colognes and perfumes, which are often synthetically produced, these are naturally derived from fields in Ojai, our 805 neighbors with whom we share so much in common. Their scents have essences of white sage, sweet chamomile and redwood, yet not essential oils. Created by Janna Sheehan, Ojai Wild has just produced its first eau de parfum, the Clearing Magician, centered on Salvia apiana and wearable for everyone who appreciates the power of white sage (and harvested sustainably). Curious to figure out what scent is your best match? Try the Cologne Discovery Kit (we loved the Pink Peppercorn). Available online or if you find yourself day-tripping in Ojai, sample the lineup in person at the Ojai Certified Farmers Market on Sundays at 300 E. Matilija St. behind the Arcade from 9am–1pm.
