Santa Barbara Uni is Good to Go

When you’re strolling at the Santa Barbara Harbor you can eat our world famous local uni right on the docks. The sea urchins are caught and provided by the Santa Barbara Uni company, led by duo Mike Johnson and River Hoang. The uni is prepared for you on the spot and served ready to go.

Find them at the Fishermen’s Market every Saturday morning 6:30am–noon, and also on Sundays 11am–3pm on the dock near Brophy’s. If you need an excuse to get outside and sample a Santa Barbara specialty, it doesn’t come fresher than this.
