What the Judges Said: Love the photo and its tie to the name of the wine. Stunning photo. Easily the most intriguing. I want to know more. It is odd, quirky, peculiar even. Definitely eccentric but the back story makes it something I would buy by the case for gifts. While it doesn’t “yell” at you, you just know this is probably a sleeper. This is a fun label that won’t be missed, especially by space launch aficionados.
From the Winemaker: In 2018 we started Rockets Red Wines to share amazing wines and highlight our time in the military while giving back to the veteran and local community. The photo on the label is a launch from Vandenberg.
