- 4 ounces Rock 12 Serrano-infused vodka, or use their regular vodka or gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth, preferably Dolin
- 1 ounce sauerkraut juice, up to 1½ ounces if you like things extra dirty
Chill martini glasses in the freezer while you gather your ingredients and make the drink.
Stir all ingredients over ice in a glass jar or cocktail pitcher.
Remove glasses from freezer and strain liquid evenly into each.
Garnish with an olive or cocktail onion or lemon twist.
