Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, pitted and cut into eighths
  • 1 tablespoon floral honey
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 sprigs lavender, flowers removed and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
  • cup crème fraiche

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place the peaches in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle the honey over the fruit. Sprinkle the sugar and lavender over the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until just tender. Top warm peaches with sliced almonds. Serve with a dollop of crème fraîche.
