Morning Dew is a clarified honeydew milk punch cocktail with a bright, herbaceous finish. It uses Honeydew Milk Punch, Tarragon Honeydew Syrup and Honeydew Perfume as make-ahead components.

Ingredients

  • 2½ ounces Honeydew Milk Punch
  • Tarragon sprig, for garnish
  • Honeydew Perfume

Instructions

  1. Add Honeydew Milk Punch to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a small sprig of tarragon and a spray of Honeydew Perfume.

Notes

This cocktail requires three make-ahead components: Honeydew Milk Punch, Tarragon Honeydew Syrup and Honeydew Perfume. Make the Honeydew Milk Punch at least one day ahead.
