- 2 ounces warm water, 57 grams

For the Lemonade Concentrate
Stir lemon juice and sugar together until sugar dissolves.
To prepare lemonade, mix 1 part concentrate with 3 parts water, or to taste.
For the Lavender Syrup
Steep lavender in hot water for 20 minutes. Strain liquid over sugar. Add salt and stir until dissolved. Cool and strain again if needed.
Refrigerate for up to 2–3 weeks.
For the Matcha Shot
A typical matcha shot uses less matcha, but Drift prefers a stronger, grassier version to better balance the bright lemonade and floral syrup.
Whisk matcha and warm water until smooth and glossy.
To Assemble
Fill a 16-ounce cup with ice. Add lemonade and lavender syrup and stir well.
Top with matcha shot, pouring gently over the back of a spoon for a layered effect.
The lavender syrup recipe makes more than needed for one drink. Store refrigerated for up to 2–3 weeks.
