Honeydew Perfume is an aromatic cocktail spray made from fresh honeydew and grain-neutral spirit. Use it to finish the Morning Dew cocktail or mist over other melon, citrus, gin, rum or sparkling drinks.

Ingredients

  • ½ honeydew melon
  • ¼ cup + 1 teaspoon grain-neutral spirit, such as Everclear (65 milliliters)

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from honeydew and cut melon into chunks.
  2. Combine melon and grain-neutral spirit in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer several times until only liquid remains.
  4. Pour into an atomizer and refrigerate remaining perfume until ready to use.

Notes

A fragrant honeydew spray adds an aromatic finishing touch to the cocktail.
