Ingredients

  • 2 ounces piquette, chilled (Nowadays 2020 Ocean Flor Piquette is preferred)
  • ½ ounce mezcal
  • ½ ounce St-Germain
  • 3 grapes, frozen (the muscat grapes Mesa Produce sells work particularly well)

Instructions

  1. In a Rhone-style wine glass (not a balloon glass), pour ½ ounce of mezcal and ½ ounce of St-Germain. Then pour 2 ounces of the piquette slowly over to mix. (Yes, it’s going to foam up, so be patient.) Garnish with 3 frozen grapes.
