Ingredients

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla gelato, from Alessio's shop
  • 1 shot espresso, decaf if you prefer
  • Amaretti cookie crumbles, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put 1–2 scoops of the gelato into a small bowl and pour a freshly made shot of espresso over the top. Garnish with amaretti crumbles if desired. Serve immediately.
