Theo Stephan founded Global Gardens in 1998 as Santa Barbara’s first EVOO producer. She is a Certified Olive Oil Sommelier, teaching tasting and cooking classes globally, specializing in Caliterranean flavors.
Jamie Edlin lives in the Santa Ynez Valley and heads Hollywood & Wine, a marketing agency geared to the wine and hospitality industries. She serves on the board of Woodbury University’s School of Media, Culture & Design, is the recipient of Women’s Economic Ventures’ 2019 Spirit of Entrepreneurship Award in Media & Communications and is co-founder of the Joseph Edlin Memorial Journalism Internship.
