Wild Fermentation Class at The Food Liaison

Learn about wild fermentation which is the traditional and healthy way of preserving in-season veggies! We will discuss the history, microbiology, health benefits and how to integrate fermented foods and beverages into your lifestyle and basic procedures of this ancient practice. We will showcase Michelle Lopez of “Wild at Heart Ojai” who grew up in the Ojai Valley and will share her passion about creating nutrient dense food from only the best organic California grown produce. Chef Nirasha Rodriguez will create delicious bites that go great with “Wild at Heart Ojai’s” fermented offerings. $85/pp.
