Red Hen Cannery Class at The Food Liaison

Carpinteria-made Red Hen Cannery jams and marmalades are fun, delicious, versatile pantry staples that can help you make any snack, appetizer, meal or dessert memorable. Meet Red Hen jam-maker Maureen Foley and learn her tips on canning and then cultivate delicious ideas for jam-inspired foods from Food Liaison’s Chef Nirasha. This class will include plenty of Red Hen jam sampling, plus delicious jammy snacks, wine and dozens of ideas for future food creations. Red Hen Cannery jam will be for sale at the end. $65/pp.
